Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy – Volk Clothing

At Volk Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to exchange an item, we’re happy to help — provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and free from marks or damage.

  • It is returned in its original packaging.

  • All original labels and tags are still attached.

  • You contact us via volk-clothing/contact-us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is posted back to us at:

Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked postal service. Your replacement will be sent once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, differs from its description, or cannot be supplied, you may be eligible for an exchange or a full refund.

To qualify:

  • The fault must be due to manufacturing and not caused by wear and tear or misuse.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of purchase.

For approved faulty returns, Volk Clothing will cover the return postage cost for the first exchange. Any further exchanges will require postage costs to be covered by the buyer.

Availability of Replacements

We will always do our best to replace your item with the same style, size, and colour. If this is not possible, we’ll issue a store credit or, in the case of faulty goods, a refund may be arranged.
